AUCHINTIBER, a hamlet, in the parish of Blantyre,
Middle ward of the county of Lanark; containing
73 inhabitants. It is situated in the western part
of the parish, on which side the Rotten-Calder water
forms the boundary, and separates the parish from that
of Kilbride.
