NEWMILLS, a hamlet, in the parish of Fordyce,
county of Banff, 3 miles (S.) from Portsoy; containing
46 inhabitants. It is a small place, situated on the west
side of the Boyne burn, and a short distance east of the
high road from Huntly to Portsoy.
