WALTON, a hamlet, in the parish of Cults, district
of Cupar, county of Fife, 3 miles (S. S. W.) from Cupar;
containing 28 inhabitants. This is a very small place,
situated in the eastern part of the parish, and only remarkable
for the vestiges of a Roman camp upon Walton
hill.
