ADDERBURY, (Oxfordshire) 3 m. from Banbury. One of its vicars (Mr. Rawlins) gave 20 marks a year to a grammar-school in it, and charged the payment of it upon an estate in Lincolnshire, of which he made the warden and fellows of New-college trustees. The late D. of Argyle had a seat here, which is now the Earl of Dalkeith's, who married his elddest daughter.
