HOLBECK, (Nottinghamshire) bel. to the T. of Cokeney, which being intermixed with the manor of Woodhouse, was therewith
settled by the Bp. of Ely on the abbey of Welbeck. At the Diss. it was granted by Henry VIII. to George Pierpoint, Esq; in
whose posterity, now Ds. of Kingston, it continues.
