France. The Lp. which bel. to it, was given by K. Hen. VIII. to Sir Rich. Masters. Here was the seat of Rich. Brook, Esq;
2d son of Sir Robt. Brook, Ld. Ch.-Just. of the common-pleas in the beginning of the last century.
