The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Cornwall, and diocese of Exeter, rated in the king's books at £ 12. 17. 8., and in the patronage of the Crown. The church is dedicated to St. James. There is a place of worship forWesleyan Methodists. Ten poor children are instructed with the interest of £300 left for that purpose.
