ASHWICKEN, a parish in the Lynn division of the
hundred of FREEBRIDGE, county of NORFOLK, 5§ miles
(E. by S.) from Lynn-Regis, containing 79 inhabitants.
The living is a rectory, with that of Leziate annexed, in
the archdeaconry and diocese of Norwich, rated in the
king's books at £6. 13. 4., and in the patronage of Earl
Spencer. The church is dedicated to All Saints.
