ASTON-sub-EDGE, a parish in the upper division
of the hundred of KIFTSGATE, county of GLOUCESTER,
\\ mile (N. N. W.) from Chipping-Campden, containing
116 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the
archdeaconry and-diocese of Gloucester, rated in the
king's books at £10. 2. 3%., and in the patronage of
the Earl of Harrowby. The church is dedicated to St.
Andrew.
