AUBORN, a parish in the lower division of the wapentake of BOOTHBY-GRAFFO, parts of KESTEVEN, county of LINCOLN, 6J miles (S. W. by S.) from Lincoln, containing, with the township of Haddington, 330 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £7- 13. 10., endowed with £200 private benefaction, £400 royal bounty, and £500 parliamentary grant, and in the patronage of C. Neville, Esq. The church is dedicated to St. Peter. There is a place of worship for Wesleyan Methodists.
