ABDICK and BULSTONE, county of SOMERSET, 6 miles
(N. W. by N.) from Ilminster, containing 186 inhabitants.
The living is a discharged rectory, in the archdeaconry
of Taunton, and diocese of Bath and Wells,
rated in the king's books at £11. 12. 6., and in the
patronage of the Earl of Egremont. The church is
dedicated to St. James.
