BRADENHAM (WEST), a parish in the southern division of the hundred of GREENHOE, county of NORFOLK, 5 miles (S. W. by W.) from East Dereham, containing 385 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese of Norwich, rated in the king's books at £7. 1. 10., and in the patronage of the Bishop of Ely. The church, dedicated to St. Andrew, is an ancient edifice built of flint.
