BRANDISTONE, a parish in the hundred of EYNSFORD,
county of NORFOLK, 2 miles (E. S. B.) from
Reepham, containing 91 inhabitants. The living is a
discharged rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of
Norwich, rated in the king's books at £7.12. 85., and
in the patronage of the President and Fellows of
Magdalene College, Oxford. The church is dedicated
to St. Nicholas.
