BROADOAK, a parish in the hundred of WEST,
county of CORNWALL, 6 miles (W.S.W.) from Liskeard,
containing 235 inhabitants. The living is a discharged
rectory, consolidated, in 1742, with the rectory of Boconnoc,
in the peculiar jurisdiction of the Dean and
Chapter of Exeter, rated in the king's books at £8.13.4.
The church is dedicated to St. Mary.
