BRUNDALL, a parish in the hundred of BLOFIELD, county of NORFOLK, 6 miles (E. by S.) from Norwich, containing 54 inhabitants. The living is a discharged rectory, consolidated with those of Little Plumstead and Witton, in the 'archdeaconry and diocese of Norwich, rated in the king's books at £4. 10. The church is dedicated to St. Lawrence. In the 38th of Henry III., William de St. Omer received a grant of a fair to be held here.
