LETCOMB-REGIS, hundred of KINTBURY-EAGLE, county
of BERKS, 2 miles (W. N. W.) from Wantage, containing
156 inhabitants. The chapel is dedicated to St.
Lawrence. The Wilts and Berks canal crosses the
chapelry.
