CUBLINGTON, a parish in the hundred of COTTESLOE,
county of BUCKINGHAM, 6 miles (N. by E.)
from Aylesbury, containing 259 inhabitants. The living
is a rectory, in the archdeaconry of Buckingham,
and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at
£9. 16. 3., and in the patronage of the Rector and Fellows
of Lincoln College, Oxford. The church is dedicated
to St. Nicholas.
