DIDLINGTON, a parish in the southern division of
the hundred of GREENHOE, county of NORFOLK, 6 miles
(E. S. E.) from Stoke-Ferry, containing 71 inhabitants.
The living is a discharged vicarage with the rectory of
Colveston, in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese
of Norwich, rated in the king's books at £12. 14. 7
Robert Wilson, Esq. was patron in 1808. The church is
a neat structure, and the windows are ornamented with
various devices in stained glass.
