ECCLESHILL, a township in the parish of BRADFORD,
wapentake of MORLEY, West riding of the county
of YORK, 3 miles (N. E. by N.) from Bradford, containing
2176 inhabitants. Wesleyan Methodists and Independents
have each a place of worship here. There are
several scribbling and worsted-mills in the township.
