W.) from Cheltenham, containing, with the chapelry. of Uckington (which is in Deerhurst hundred), 357 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Gloucester, rated in. the king's books at £ 9. 2. 3v and in the patronage of the Crown. The church is dedicated to St. Mary Magdalene.
