FARLSTHORP, a parish in the Wold division of the hundred of CALCEWORTH, parts of LINDSEY, county of LINCOLN, 1 mile (S. B.) from Alford, containing 101 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £5. 6. 8., and endowed with £200 royal bounty. Henry Kipling, Esq. was patron in 1814. The church is dedicated to St. Andrew.
