lathe of SUTTON at HONE, county of KENT,
5 miles (S. E. by S.) from
Dartford, containing 168 inhabitants. The living is a
rectory, hi the archdeaconry and diocese of Rochester,
rated in the king's books at £6. 9. 4., and in the
patronage of V. D. Folk, Esq. and Miss Selby alternately.
The church, dedicated to St. Mary, is principally in -the
early style of English architecture.
