FILGROVE, a parish, joint with Tyrringham, in
the hundred of NEWPORT, county of BUCKINGHAM, 3
miles (N.) from Newport-Pagnell, containing 204 inhabitants.
The living, a rectory, is united to that of
Tyrringham, in the archdeaconry of Buckingham, and
diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £ 5.19.7.
The church, which was dedicated to St. Mary, is in ruins.
