TAUNTON-AND-TAUNTON-DEAN, county of SOMERSET,
4 miles (W.) from Taunton, containing 483 inhabitants.
The living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of
Taunton, and diocese of Bath and Wells, endowed with
£200 private benefaction, and £400 royal bounty, and
in the patronage of the President and Fellows of Trinity
College, Oxford. The churchis dedicatedtothe Holy Cross.
