HOLME-HALE, a parish in the southern division
of the hundred of GREENHOE, county of NORFOLK,
5 miles (N. N. W.) from Watton, containing 422 inhabitants.
The living is a discharged rectory, in the
archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese of Norwich, rated
in the lung's books at £12. 16. 5. The Rev. T. P.
Young was patron in 1794. The church is dedicated
to St. Andrew.
