LAMORRAN, a parish in the western division of the hundred of POWDER, county of CORNWALL, 4 miles (S. w. by W.) from Tregoney, containing 93 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry of Cornwall, and diocese of Exeter, rated in the king's books at £6. The Earl of Falmouth was patron in 1803. The church is dedicated to St. Moren. The parish is bounded on the south by the navigable river Fal.
