LEASINGHAM, or ROXHOLME (NORTH), a parish in the wapentake of FLAXWELL, parts of KESTEVEN, county of LINCOLN, 2 miles (N. by W.) from Sleaford, containing 87 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, united, in 1726, to the rectory of South Leasingham, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £10. 15. 5. The church, which was dedicated to St. John the Baptist, has been demolished.
