LEE, a parish in the hundred of AYLESBURY, county of BUCKINGHAM, 2 miles (N.) from Great Missenden, containing 198 inhabitants. The .living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Buckingham, and diocese of Lincoln, endowed with £8 per annum and £200 private benefaction, £800 royal bouuty, and in the patronage of Henry Deering, Esq. The church, dedicated to St. John the Baptist, was formerly a chapel of ease to the rectory of Weston-Turville.
