NETTLEBED, a parish in the hundred of EWELME, county of OXFORD, 4 miles (N.W. by W.) from Henley upon Thames, containing 545 inhabitants. The living is a perpetual curacy, with that of Pishill, in the jurisdiction of the peculiar court of Dorchester, and in the patronage of - Stoner, Esq. The church is dedicated to St. Bartholomew.
