NOSTAL, a township, joint with Hurstwick, in that part of the parish of WRAGBY which is in the upper division of the wapentake of OSGOLDCROSS, West riding of the county of YORK, 4 miles (S. W. by W.) from Pontefract. The population is returned with Hurstwick.
