ROGGIET, a parish in the lower division of the
hundred of CALDICOTT, county of MONMOUTH, 6 miles
(S. W.) from Chepstow, containing 42 inhabitants. The
living is a discharged rectory, with that of Ifton united,
in the archdeaconry and diocese of Llandaff, rated in
the king's books at £ 12. 6. 0., and in the patronage
of J. Morgan, Esq.
