SHELSLEY-BEAUCHAMP, a parish partly in the lower, and partly in the upper, division of the hundred of DODDINGTREE, county of WORCESTER, 85 miles (S. W.) from Stourport, containing 546 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Worcester, rated in the king's books at £9. 4. 4., and in the patronage of Lord Foley. The church is dedicated to All Saints. Caleb Avenant, in 1723, gave certain land in support of a school.
