SMALLBURGH, a parish in the hundred of TUNSTEAD,
county of NORFOLK, 5 miles (N. E. by E.) from.
Coltishall, containing 722 inhabitants. The living is a
discharged rectory, in the archdeaconry of Norfolk,
and diocese of Norwich, rated in the king's books at
£10. 4., and in the patronage of the Bishop of Norwich.
The church is dedicated to St. Peter; the.
steeple fell down in 1677, and occasioned great injury,
to the edifice.
