SNITTERBY, a parish in the eastern division of
the wapentake of ASLACOE, parts of LINDSEY, county
of LINCOLN, 11 miles (N. W. by W.) from Market-
Rasen, containing 153 inhabitants. The living is a
perpetual curacy, annexed to the rectory of Wadingham,
in the archdeaconry of Stow, and diocese of Lincoln.
The church is dedicated St. Nicholas.
