STRATFORD (ST-ANTHONY), a parish in the
hundred of CAWDEN-and-CADWORTH, county of WILTS,
4 miles (S. W. by W.) from Salisbury, containing 148
inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry
and diocese of Salisbury, rated in the king's books at
£12, and in the patronage of the President and Fellows
of Corpus Christi College, Oxford. The church is
dedicated to St. Mary.
