TUDDENHAM, a parish in the hundred of CARLFORD, county of SUFFOLK, 3 miles (N. E. by N.) from Ipswich, containing 308 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Suffolk, and diocese of Norwich, rated in the king's books at £10. 13. 4., endowed with £200 royal bounty, and £200 parliamentary grant, and in the patronage of the Rev. C. W. Fonnereau. The church is dedicated to St. Martin.
