TUDDENHAM (EAST), a parish in the hundred of
MITFORD, county of NORFOLK, 6 miles (E.S.E.) from
East Dereham, containing 524 inhabitants. The living
is a discharged vicarage, annexed to that of Honingharth
in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese of Norwich,
rated in the lung's books at £7 6: 6.; and endowed
with £200 private benefaction, and £20 royal bounty.
The church is dedicated to All Salts'. There are two
trifling endowments for the instruction of children.
