county of NORFOLK, 1 mile (w.) from Foulsham,
containing 82 inhabitants. The living is a discharged
rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Norwich,
rated in the king's books at £4. 19. 9., endowed with
£200 royal bounty, and in the patronage of the Rev.
S. H. Savory. The church is dedicated to St. Nicholas.
The parish is bounded on the west by the river Wensum.
