WALCOTT, a parish partly within the city of
BATH, and partly in the hundred of BATH-FORUM,
county of SOMERSET, containing 24,046 inhabitants.
This parish includes all those parts of the city of Bath
lying on the north, north-east, and north-west, sides of
the parish of St. Michael; also some handsome ranges
of buildings on the declivities of Lansdown and Beacon
