WALHAM-GREEN, a chapelry in the parish of FULHAM, Kensington division of the hundred of OSWOLDSTONE, county of MIDDLESEX, 3 miles (S. W. by W.) from London. The population is returned with the parish. The chapel, dedicated to St. John, was erected in 1829, at an expense of £9683. 17. 9., raised by subscription, and a grant from the parliamentary commissioners; it contains one thousand three hundred and seventy sittings, of which five hundred and fortyfour are free.
