WALTON-DEIVILE, a parish in the Warwick division
of the hundred of KNIGHTLOW, county of WARWICK,
3 miles (W. N.W.) from Kington, The population
is returned with the parish of Wellesbourn-Hastings.
The living is a rectory, annexed to the vicarage
of Wellesboum-Hastings, in the archdeaconry and diocese
of Worcester, rated in the king's books at £4. J 3.4.
The church, dedicated to St. James, was rebuilt by Sir
C. Mordaunt, about eighty years ago.
