WARBSTOW, a parish in the hundred of LESNEWTH,
county of CORNWALL, 8 miles (N. B.) from Camelford,
containing 439 inhabitants. The living is a perpetual
curacy, annexed to the vicarage of Treneglos, in the
archdeaconry of Cornwall, and diocese of Exeter. The
church has a curious Norman font. Here is a remarkable
ancient fortification, called Warbstow-Barrow.
