WINNALL, a parish in the hundred of FAWLEY, Fawley division of the county of SOUTHAMPTON, 4 ot a mile (N. N. E.) from Winchester, containing 128 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the peculiar jurisdiction of the Rector, rated in the king's books at £5, and in the patronage of the Bishop of Winchester WINNERSH, a liberty in that part of the parish of HURST which is in the hundred of SONNING, county of BERKS, containing 491 inhabitants. A school is partly supported here by a trifling annual subscription.
