HAZELBANK, a village, in the parish of LesmaHAGOW,
Upper ward of the county of Lanark, 4 miles
(N. by E.) from Lesmahagow; containing 238 inhabitants.
It is situated in the north-eastern part of the
parish, on the road from Lanark to Larkhall, and on
the west bank of the Clyde, which here separates Lesmahagow
from the parish of Lanark.
