MAENOR-DEILO-UPPER, a hamlet, in that part of the parish of LLANDILO-VAWR, which is in the lower division of the
hundred of CAYO, county of CARMARTHEN, SOUTH WALES, 44 miles (N. a. by N.) from Llandilo-Vawr; containing 884 inhabitants.
The rich and beautiful Vale of Towy is seen to much advantage from many portions of the hamlet, which is ornamented with
various pleasing residences of families of independent fortune.
