TALYLLTN (TAL-Y-LLIN), a chapelry (parochial), in the parish of LLANBEULAN, hundred of LLYVON, union of ANGLESEY and county of ANGLESEY, NORTH WALES, 6 miles (W. S. W.) from Llangevni; the population is returned with e parish of Lianbeulan. This chapelry is situated in the south-western part of the island, and en the river Frew, which falls into the small bay of Aberfraw, in the bay of Carnarvon. The living is a perpetual canny, endowed with £800 royal bounty; net income, £69; patron 0, M. F. Wylie's, Esq. The chapel, dedicated to St. Mary, is a small edifice. Hugh Wood, in 1611, bequeathed a isessuage and garden in the town of Newborough, and a farm of 124 acres in the liberties of that place, for the perpetual endowment and rep pairs of the edifice; the premises in the town were let on a 99 years building lease, that expired soma years since; the farm produces a rent of &IS per annum, which is paid to the curate, who keeps the chapel in repair.
