BARRINGTON MAGNA and PARVA, (Gloucestershire) 2 villages separated by the r. Windrush, near Burford. At the former, which
is on the N. side of it, is a quarry of free-stone, so noted for its durableness, that much of it has been used in
Westminster-Abbey, and the buildings at Woodstock. The Ld. Talbot has a seat at one of them.
