BRADFIELD-MONKS, (Suffolk) or ST-GEORGE, as it is so called to distinguish it from three other neighbouring villages, stands on such a hill, that though the steeple of the ch. be but 22 yards high, 60 chs. may be seen from it, for it has a view into Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Essex, and the isle of Ely.
