FRODSHAM, (Cheshire) 140 cm. 162 mm. from London, is noted for its ancient castle, that was the seat of Earls Rivers for
many ages. It has a stone-bridge over the r. Weaver, near its conflux with the Mersey, and a harbour for ships of good
burden, with a Mt. on W. and Fair Aug. 10.
