LIDYARD-TREGOZE, (Wiltshire) near Wotton-Basset, bel. in the R, of Rich. I. to a family of the name of Tregoze; but passed
by marriage to those of Grandison and Beauchamp. From the latter it passed the same way to Sir Oliver St. John of Bletsho,
whose grandson was made Ld. Tregoze of Highworth, and it was the seat of the late Visc. S. John.
